Our Mission
Republic for the united States of America
Mission: To restore righteous Lawful Representative Constitutional government to the American People.
This is necessary because of the fraud, abuse and theft perpetrated by a for-profit corporation known as the UNITED STATES. This entity has been posing as the Lawful government for over 152 years unawares to most Americans.
Beliefs:
• We hold that the American People have a right to know the whole truth.
• We hold that the American People created a Constitutional Republic for the united States of America and never gave permission for a foreign controlled corporation to govern.
• We hold that the American People have God given unalienable rights as stated in the Declaration of Independence and reserved exclusively, in part, by the Bill of Rights. That no government has any authority to remove, restrict or infringe any of those rights.
• We hold that the National government is bound by the Constitution for the united States of America and has no authority outside of that contract except for those statutes, Laws and treaties that are Lawfully legislated which are not repugnant (contrary) to that contract.
• We hold that the American People have a right and duty to re-inhabit their Constitutional Republic for the united States of America.
• We hold to be true the statements of George Washington, John Adams and others who stated similarly, that this form of government would only work for a religious and moral People.
• We hold to and accept the responsibility of self-governance as described by the Declaration of Independence.
Goals:
• Research and uncover historical events and documents and organic Law that established our nation.
• Expose those events and documents that unlawfully changed our form of governance from a de jureConstitutional Republic to what, in essence, has become a corporate oligarchy.
• Expose the abuses, fraud and theft committed by the UNITED STATES Corporation.
• Stand up the Re-Inhabited Republic for the united States in all 50 states and hold State and national elections in accordance with our Lawful claim served in 2012 to Joint Chiefs of Staff, UN, The World Court at the Hague, and the Universal Postal Union.
• Establish an interim, parallel, provisional Constitutional Republic for the united States of America until such time until the American People conduct permanent Lawful elections.
• Move the American People to an election of office holders and Representatives fully restoring the original Constitutional Republican form of government as defined in the Constitution for the united States of America circa 1789.
